As owner and creative director, Travis dedicates his agency and himself to moving brand messages and tourism experiences forward with truly creative ideas that actually separate clients from their competing destination. In every application, the idea-based marketing philosophy focuses on engaging and inspiring the travelers to act.
Travis uses a niche marketing approach to guide creative concepts that resonate in feeder markets ranging from the Northeast and Canada to the U.K. and Germany. His success has earned invitations to speak at many tourism industry events and earned ABC state, regional and national recognition for exceptional destination marketing.
Travis’ decade-plus of experience working with I Love New York and New York state’s Division of Tourism gives him a firm grasp on all aspects of travel, including state grant requirements.
Senior VP of Client Relations
Jamie knows how to deliver outstanding account service to ABC clients. After all, she used to be one.
Jamie started her career as chief marketing officer at a financial institution, where she hired ABC to take on a multimedia campaign. Impressed by the creative concepts, strategy and results, she developed a relationship that would last until the bank grew and was eventually purchased.
As the chief executive in charge client relations at ABC, she oversees all account service, including media buying, social media management and public relations.
Jamie’s varied background in executive and nonprofit leadership as well as ownership of her own small business has helped elevate ABC account service from exceptional to exemplary. She shares the passion and vision of ABC’s clients, advocating for their brands, approaching them with new ideas and assuring all projects stay on time and budget.
VP of Creative Services
True to ABC’s idea-based marketing philosophy, Krispin is a creative-first leader. With deep experience in design, web development and project management, he commits himself to work that is as visually appealing as it is strategically sound.
After 20 years in the marketing business, he brought his talents to ABC where he could expand his creative role in digital development and beyond.
As VP of Creative Services, he leads the creative department that includes digital developers, designers and copywriters. His idea-based guidance focuses on client goals and the consumer experience in all formats.
Senior Art Director
Mike came to Pinpoint after working his way through the design grind and up to positions at two of the area’s largest ad shops.
Mike and his team bring Pinpoint’s ideas to life across print and digital platforms. He applies more than 20 years of destination marketing experience to all creative production from concept development to delivery at Pinpoint, making sure the look and brand message are on point in every project.
Director of Content Development
A journalist by trade, Shane tells stories that connect destination experiences with target audiences and inspire them to act. He taps into his past as a reporter and editor to develop clear messages that resonate in every medium, be it blog or brochure, sponsored content or script.
Director of Video Production
Todd’s constantly challenged to capture stories in the moment. And he always has himself and equipment in position to get just the right angle and edits to give his pieces just the right feel.
He now composes riveting brand cinema for Pinpoint clients. The technical side of video production is what Todd loves the most – his perfect combination science and creativity, especially when crafting experiential tourism content.
Todd creates exceptional footage that is engaging to both Pinpoint clients and their target audiences.
After years of agency internships and research in new media, Jane uses her strategic mind to create and integrate comprehensive media plans for ABC clients.
Jane brings a bachelor of science in new media marketing and a double minor in advertising/public relations and international business to ABC Creative Group.
